With Avengers: Age of Ultron hitting theaters in just a few weeks, Marvel is kicking its marketing into high gear. One of the comic empire's coolest partnerships this time around is a line of men's clothing inspired by the look of three of the toughest Avengers—Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America.
The clothing line, called the Five Four Marvel Collection, was put together by Five Four, a mail-order fashion startup that delivers monthly packages of stylish men's clothing for $60 a pop. It's like a coffee of the month club, but for threads.
None of items in the collection are actual Avengers costumes, but that's kind of the idea. These clothes aren't meant for cosplayers—they're stylish, everyday attire that's clearly inspired by the looks of your comic book heroes. The items on offer cover everything from tees emblazoned with the Avengers logo, to plaid button-downs, to a sweet blazer with an Iron Man artwork liner.
When you sign up for the Five Four Club, you first create a style profile by giving a thumbs-up or thumbs-down to a number of different looks. That helps the company's stylists create a monthly package tailored to your tastes. Each $60 shipment is supposedly worth $120. Returns aren't allowed, but you can exchange items if there are sizing issues.
If you aren't a member of the Five Four Club and want to dress like your favorite Avenger, now's the time to join. The Marvel Collection is a limited-edition release, and only available while supplies last.
